Newmont Mining’s divestiture projects required additional migration expertise and leadership. Long View brought us in to extend their bench and ensure success across multiple workstreams. Multiple Coherence consultants were engaged as a trusted member of the Long View team, helping scale delivery capacity while strengthening both the customer relationship and Quest outcomes.

AltaGas looked to Insight for their deep capabilities in migrating M365 tenants. AltaGas engaged with Coherence directly as a migration subject matter expert during design and discovery phases. Together with Insight, we ensured the project advanced smoothly into delivery, driving Quest product adoption while enabling Insight to expand their broader scope of work beyond the tenant migration.

When Quest is called directly by a customer, we’re often the A-Team brought in under their brand to deliver. At Truist, we’ve supported complex divestiture efforts for many years on Quest brand/paper, contributing over 10,000 hours across multiple Coherence consultants and resulting in five new M&A consolidations. Our role is always behind the scenes - protecting Quest’s reputation while creating space for partners to expand their own value downstream.
