Mailboxes contain a number of system folders which are normally not carrying any personal or business related information and can be safely skipped during mail migration. To configure:
• In Project Manager, select Tools | Options and select the “Additional parameters for agent configuration files” node.
• Click Add, to add the following parameter:
Name: SkipFoldersContentMask
Value: 15 (Recommended)
Possible Values:
NotSkip = 0
CONFLICTS_FOLDER = 1
SYNC_ISSUES = 2
LOCAL_FAILURES = 4
SERVER_FAILURES = 8
To skip ALL folders use 15.
• From the drop down list, select Quest Mail Source Agent and click OK.
NOTE: BlackBerry folder is not included into the above described QMM skip folder logic. However starting from QMMEx 8.9 Update 20130627 and QMMEx 8.10 Update 20130711, MSA (Mail Source Agent) skips folder “BlackBerryHandheldInfo” by default. To include “BlackBerryHandheldInfo” folder into sync process, use the config.ini parameter “SyncBlackBerryHandheldInfo=1”.
